The formal cinema Olympia - with her characteristic elements from the Amsterdam school - is redeveloped by Midvast to nineteen 3-room apartments (varried from 49 to 83 m² GBO). In the redevelopment, there has conciously been chosen to retain the characteristic facade. Behind the face is a new front- and back facade realized.Daylight and natural ventilation is achieved through an atrium.
