We invest in properties through purchases of individual properties, promising land positions and the acquisition of existing portfolios. Our property portfolio consists of houses, offices, stores, hospitality and company premises located in de Randstad, with emphasis on Amsterdam.
We are involved and know what is going on in the neigborhoods and disctricts in which we are active. Our approach is personal, our relationship is sustainable. We have lots'of contact with our residents and users. We know what their wishes and needs are, today and tomorrow.
