This beautiful mansion overlooking the Amsterdam Hortus Botanicus was built around 1880. For a long time, it served as the residence of Hugo de Vries, the then director of the Hortus Botanicus and special professor. Midvast developed and subsequently sold a plan for three apartments within this municipal monument.
