This municipal monument is an old warehouse with a rich history. In 1883, A. de Steenhuijsen received permission to establish a steam-powered grain and legume grinding mill there. In 1894, a frame shop came to be part of the mirror and frame factory “De Atlas” on Realen Island. Anno now Midvast has completely renovated the property and realized four luxury apartments.
The entire building has been renovated with an eye for detail and is equipped with an elevator, new basement, gas fireplaces, steel frames and other luxury materials.
