The object was part of the project “Wilhelminastraat 173 t/m 179 in Amsterdam” This project included four buildings on the Wilhelminastraat containing a total of sixteen dwellings.
The buildings and the dwellings therein were completely renovated / rebuilt whereby also the facades were oiled in beautiful deep black; subsequently, the permit for the division into apartment rights was granted by the municipality of Amsterdam.
