Zocherstraat 23-25, Amsterdam

The main building of the Klein Vondelpark project, in addition to its unique location adjacent to Vondelpark, boasts a rich architecture by G.J. Rutgers and a fascinating history. At this monumental building, you wouldn’t expect so much space and architectural detail hidden behind the narrow main entrance on Zocherstraat. The beautiful building has always served as a school.

The project consists of twenty residences, of which eight 'garden villas' are situated in the backyard on the site of the former auditorium and gymnasium. Twelve apartments have been created in the school building.

The garden villas consist of two floors and come with a garden. The apartments, spread over three floors, all feature a garden (ground floor), a balcony (first floor), and a rooftop terrace (second floor).
